Each member of our treatment team is certified in radiology (x-rays) and treats patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars, such as the Damon Forum and The American Association of Orthodontics Annual Sessions.
Kim: Office Manager
I was born and raised in Casa Grande, Arizona and I have really enjoyed watching this small town grow. My husband Rick and I have been married over 20 years and have two children, Shea & Chelsee,a beautiful granddaughter named Kennedy and two 'grand-dogs' Psycho & Dahlia. I have worked in the orthodontic field for 17 years and absolutely love working with Dr. Coles and the entire team at our office, we are all truly dedicated to our patients and I could not imagine a more rewarding work environment. In my spare time I enjoy working out, running 1/2 marathons, shopping 'of course', and traveling with our friends and family to new and exciting places.
Julie: Treatment Coordinator
I have lived in Maricopa for 21 years, but I was born in Idaho. I enjoy reading, working out and spending time with my family. After high school I attended the American Institute for Dental Assisting. I worked for a general dentist for about 1 ½ years until I got braces myself and enjoyed them so much! I decided that orthodontics was the field for me and I have been working for Dr. Coles ever since. I love working with such a great team and being able transform out patients smiles is so rewarding!
America: Scheduling Coordinator
I'm from California and moved to Arizona 7 years ago. I am the mother of 3 teenage girls and a 1 year old baby girl: Crystal Asia, Italie Danielle, Roma Alexys and Jordin Brooklynn, they definitely keep me busy but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love listening to music, dancing, spending time with my family and I truly enjoy a good laugh. I try to travel back to California often to spend time with my family there. I've been in the orthodontic field since 2007, doing billing, collections and customer service. I love meeting and talking with all of our patients and I truly enjoy working with Dr.Coles and our entire team.
Norma: Clinical Assistant
I'm from California and moved to Arizona 7 years ago. My husband Louis and I have been married for 2 years, I have four children: Nicole, Austin, Gisselle & Ivan & four step children, so we are definitely the 'Brady Bunch' but we truly have lots of fun together a home. I went to Bryman College for Dental Assisting right out of high school then moved on to orthodontics and have loved ortho for 21 years now. I truly enjoy what I do and love to see the smile on patients when they are finished with their braces. I love working with Dr. Coles and our team, we are all like family and we really have alot of fun together in our office.
Charlotte: Clinical Assistant
I am a farmer’s daughter born and raised in Hyder, Arizona. I married my high school sweetheart “Rickey” 11 years ago and we have two awesome children together, Ethan 12 and Hope 10. We moved to Maricopa 3 years ago. After my husband got out of the Army we decided Maricopa was the perfect town to raise our family. It has a small town feel and coming from small towns ourselves we both really appreciate that. On our free time we love to go four-wheeling, hiking and just enjoy the beauty of the desert that surrounds us. We are also avid Cardinal fans so during football season we barbeque every Sunday with friends and family or are at the game.
In 2007 I attended Apollo College and received my Dental Assisting certificate and decided to go straight into orthodontics. It has been a very fulfilling career, I really enjoy seeing how a beautiful smile can change someone’s life and being a Maricopan that means my neighbors and the friendly faces all around town. I really enjoy working at Premier Orthodontics and am proud to be part of such an amazing team!!

I have lived in Maricopa for 18 years now and have really enjoyed watching our small town grow. I enjoy learning and experiencing new opportunities. Music, dance and volleyball are some of my most cherished hobbies along with reading and photography. Dr. Coles and our team are amazing and so much fun to work with.
